As stated by dev team crafting plans should drop from bounty caches untill all plans have been collected. I’m running only bounties now to get the captain crimson set, however, plans do not drop anymore and i dont have it. Opened a lot of caches, and it should have dropped already. This is not an RNG issue.
My monk is useless without CC set.
As confirmed by dev team earlier, this is not true anymore.
The drop is RNG. The plan(s) will drop eventually.
