Hi, please help me, because i’m freaking out rn

So i was playing diablo 3 on my macbook, with zero problems whats so ever. Then on the 4th february, 2025, there is a new update. I download the update, and ever since that, i have not been able to launch the game. Whenever i click play, the game pops up in the toolbar, but disappears as quickly again. The game doesn’t have to correct diablo 3 logo, but looks more like a notebook with some pencils, i’ve tried everything.
I’ve re-downloaded the game 6 times
Updated my macOS system software
Re-downloadet battle.net 6 times
Restarted my macbook 8 times.
Please help, i’ve tried everything and spent multiple hours on this, also, love the way that the only thing you can talk to, is a robot

I have the same problem on imac - so frustrating.

On a different thread someone suggested resetting the in-game settings. I’ve also tried this and didn’t resolve the issue

I have found this thread on the US forum which proposes a workaround. I’ve tried it and got it to work
