Crashes back to windows

When ascending stairs to fight Diablo just after follower gets trapped my game crashes and closes back to windows.

Ive restarted computer and still the same problem :frowning:

Ive beaten him before on this computer so dont understand why now?

Just went in with a high level character no problem ascending to crystal arch, change to this new character (sorcerer) and still bombs at same place?
