It was not a problem with the game.
It seems that there was a problem with the drivers.
So if someone as a Nvidia do not use the auto-install. Choose the manual and install it with the option to delete the old drivers.
Also i had to install new drivers on AMD RYZEN 5. The problem was not in the game. The problem is with the drivers from AMD and Nvidia.
