D3 Gears of Dreadlands players... ohhh boy

No, I’m not.
Two button Tal Rasha:

And the three other players in the group have the right to not want you in their group if you’re playing a slow / inefficient build that means you being there is detrimental to the group’s overall goals of maximising rewards for time spent.

You have the right to play whatever build you like and be as slow as you like.
You don’t have the right to make three other people put up with it.

Why you 3k+ players leave when you see 1400 paragon and GoD+Yang’s?

I really do not mind who enters if i open a game on bounties. Often a few novices enter. If i do all the speed run and if it helps others gain then thats a win for all.
I dont see bounties as a high stake gamble

When you play in groups, no matter the game, I say: one for all and all for one. 3 people depend on you and you depend on them in order to get good results, which in the case of bounties is the cache at the end of each act. I’ve seen people getting kicked if afk in towns or way too slow but never because of the class they play. I mean there is more than one fast bounty and T16 build and every class has pretty much one at least. As long as it is fast and optimized for the activity you are doing. Cause that is only fair to the rest of the group.

Personally, when GoD was released in season 21, I use it religiously in T16 in every season since then, because of how fast it is and how consistent its speed is. And as a bonus, it is very easy to play, has a lot of toughness, and has room for adding even more speed. I don’t like relying on Ingeom in bounties when I want to run a straight line to a cave or a boss room. Maybe make a GoD and use it just for bounties and keys if you think that the reason you get kicked is because GoD is way faster than your build. And paragons is not the issue. 1200 paragon GoD can run faster bounties than a 3000 paragon Zunimassa witch doctor. That said, this season I also use my wizard with Aether Walker and the speed is off the charts.

Also remember, if you do your bounties and Neph Rifts faster, then not only the group benefits from that but you as well, since you get those materials/keys in a shorter time.

in my opinion SETS ruined build variety and the fun in d3… but now a days every class’s as a skip build/set… so i dont understand your complain… just get a skip build /set for thouse ocassions so you can keep up…!? or play solo or with friends like most of us do anyways.

Sounds like you have a playstyle and/or build issue. I’ve played many public bounties and they only time we kick somebody is if they are sitting in town afk or dying constantly.

Also, if you are taking 15 minutes to clear an act with bounties, then my dude, you are the slow one.

Also to say that Wizards have slow builds makes me think you have trouble with builds, period. I have a speed Tal build on my wizard that can keep up with any speed build.

OP’s claims has no merit concerning split bounties. Just did a bunch over the last two days. People participate with all kinds of builds and classes and from below 700 paragons to over 5K.
I used a DH UE build not optimised for the fastest speed and was never bothered with other players. Didn’t notice how many GoD players there were (and didn’t care). I always managed what would amount to a full act of runs (often act 3) plus two or three extra runs in the final act - sometimes even joining another player in their last bounty just for the sake of speed (or fun of it).

Why are you joining public games if you don’t want to play with randoms? Play with your friends who play the way you want them to play. Though that sounds a bit like control freak IMHO.

A good choice for gems to optimise that bulid is wreath of lightening, as although the damage is negligible, the 2ndary affix gives 25% increased movement speed, and also the gogok of swiftness which gives 15% cooldown reduction max stack, and with dense maps in some acts makes them both near permanent.

speaking of maps, I wish they would eliminate that vast expanse of moors maps in nephalem rifts. I know moors are sparsely populated IRL, but the d3 devs take that to extremes sometimes. Like: sometimes no elites in the entire map, and not much else save for the random fly to swat

I know. I just don’t wanna go all speed. It’s too exhausting(!). Many maps are too annoying to manouvre at high speed making you bump into obstacles all the time if you’re not super focused.

It is so exhausting! It’s also painful. I was doing the keep and banged right into a wall at full speed. It hurt so good.

Act 3 has indeed some nasty ones. Clear barracks, catapult command, demon gates, blacksmith Maldonado…The most boring ones for me are those that have you clear a cursed chest with the optional objectives “kill 100 monsters”.

I notice if I open a bounty, no-one seems to want to volunteer to clear act V, Westmarch. They are tedious bounties

Also, when you use “Boon of the hoarder” at it’s max, you soon discover just how rich these little critters are. Even some of the scarabs are millionaires!
