Hi guys,
Installed D3 on a new PC. Haven’t played for several years. My old characters were gone. Created new ones and played a bit. Now went back to old PC and logged in, and my old character were there. Boths PC’s log in on same region (Europe).
I thought D3 heroes were saved on battlenet and accessible from both PC.
Am I missing something?
Are the different PC installs somehow loading different profiles?
(Note: It’s of course the same battlenet login on both PCs 
)

Hi,
I’d make sure you’re logging on with the same e-mail – all the heroes are stored on the server and the only way you can get a different set of heroes is if you’re logging on to a different account or a different region. But you said it’s the same region… so a different account is all that’s left.
A quick way is to check the BattleTag when you have the Battle.Net App up… click your name in the upper left corner… it will show your BattleTag, like so:
Do that on both computers.
As an after-thought, I checked what your heroes are:
On Europe, you only have one hero… a DH called Azmoroth : https://eu.diablo3.blizzard.com/en-us/profile/jazzyfellow-2762/hero/161480068

I had changed to Americas at some point - apparently I didn’t notice.
