I played d3 couple of days and something strange happened after closing the season 33 yesterday and reopening today…i lost entire paragon points,stash items,all of their slots, altar of rites reset to 0, canai cube powers,also canai cube itself dissapears, artisan lvl and blacksmith return to 1.

I want my entire data from season 33 back to me and I dont care what take from you guys,but it completly unfair to me taking consequnces to something or someone done stupid job and close the season 33.

Same here - I got most of my stash in an email but not the gear I was wearing. If S33 is closed permanently, I’d like the rest of my stash please …

I also can’t log into Diablo after a spontaneous game closure. After that, when I enter to play in the season, it claims that my character is not in the season and does not connect.
I need a solution!
The only choice we have, if we want to continue playing this season, is to do a rollback which restores the account to a previous point:

I did mine and set it back to the 4th of January and it worked. I lost one day of progress, more or less, but everything else is exactly as it was by that day. The other choice that I had was to start the season all over, and unlock everything from scratch, or just keep playing NS.
PS. Apparently we are only given 3 rollbacks in total, so be mindful. It’s up to you!

same. level 70, all paragon points and gold gone. season reset and a second set of rewards mailed to me.
Use the rollback link like everyone else.
