Daily game crashes

i have daily game crashes in various situations (while fights, in town) seems random.
2 hc chars already died because of it (deaths in grifts after game crash)

i play with 64 bit exe.
i´ll add other message-ids as soon as it happens again.

hopefully you guys can help, its getting pretty annoying.

Those hexadecimal codes are what’s known as a Crash Event ID… they’re essentially the number of your crash report in Blizzard’s Customer Support database; the data from the crash report is only available to Blizzard.

They’re not error codes and have no particular meaning in themselves… it’s just a way for Blizzard to find your crash report in their system.

 

When your game crashes, does it kick you out to the main menu ? or does it kick you out to Windows ? Do you get an error code… aside from that Crash Event ID ?

thx for the quick reply.
the troubleshoot did not help or get me any new insights.

i will open a ticket directly so i dont have to expose my system infos in this public forum
