Just got disconnected and after logging in, all my chars are gone and it thinks it’s the first time I’m playing D3…
Generally when people report all of their characters vanishing, it’s because they’ve ended up swapping to another Region, so be sure to double-check that you’re logging into the right one.

I get disconnected to for the past 45 min, but if you close DS3 and battlenet the chars are back, but you get disconnected again after a sort time.
