Hi my friend purchased diablo 3 for me as a gift but I can’t join him it does show that I own the game I can only do the campaign please help
Are you still having this issue after claiming the gift? You may want to try performing a Password Reset if so.
It can take up to 24 hours for gifts to be approved fully which is why you may not have been able to join him fully in the game.
If there is a payment issue though your friend will need to contact Customer Support.
You need to complete the entire campaign in order to play Adventure mode (where your friend is playing).
