I lost 4 Tirael boxes because of that! I spent all day completing all 5 and almost at the end I get Error 1016 and was thrown to the authorization form. Very unfair!

What about holding at least 5 sec and trying to reconnect? I haven’t noticed my connection down that’s mean that even if it happens it was less than 2 sec. I have the same issue with HearthStone this week, but Hearthstone at least trying to reconnect mostly successful. so I don’t this it’s smt related to wifi, I play mobile internet there mostly
today I got the same 1016 and all sorts of other errors like server busy (queuing), game connection lost (network disconnect), problem loading game license (code 395000) etc.
my internet connection is great with no issues from other applications.
someone could admit there is a bigger problem.

I’ve got that problem. The only Blizzard servers become unreachable. The other part of the world network works fine. Playing from Latvia.
