I tried every step on this forum or other sites to stop this madness with 1016 error. Here is my WINMTR log. Still no answers why the EU servers doesnt work and Americas works fine to me.

Showing worst responses of 400+ on network addresses in the 192.168.x.x range isn’t good, especially combined with network packet loss that starts at those hops and is maintained throughout the rest of the trace. Those are internal network addresses, i.e. devices before you get to your ISP such as your PC / ethernet card / router / hub. Turn your PC, network devices and router/hub off completely for 10 minutes. That should be long enough for any caching to clear. Power back on and then re-run the trace, and re-post it. Also, if it’s working fine for US but not EU, could you post a trace to the US servers so we can compare hops?

I have played D3 since begining. So that is really anoing error. About 5 months with same problem. I have a friend with same provider. He has got same issues.
I also have upc business connection. Also its major provider in Europe. Maybe its connected?
The problem is on the server/isp side guys, after 8 years this shit has been released still suffers from server problems…hopefully for D4 you learnt enough guys and wont sign a new contract with your current ISP…

How can it be ISP? A sudden change of game play stability after patch for S20 created problems for a lot of people. Prior to S20 these people had few or no connectivity issues: ergo it is Blizzard & Battlenet that need to update their technology undo some mods from s20 so that people like myself can play public group with no dc or you you lost a customer one of MANY!!!
I think same way too. Still there is no oficial statement to this error.
