I’m getting error code 10014 stating that “this channel member does not have permission to perform this operation”. I’m not in a clan or anything like that, I’m literally just trying to access General chat. I can’t access ANY chat except party when I have someone in my game. I’ve checked my settings, restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Nothing’s working.

There are a couple reports on the US forums…

As far as I can tell, it’s a Blizzard issue and there is nothing you can do to fix it… that error code is not even listed in the Support KnowledgeBase. All you can do is to report it and hope that some moderator will pick it up and escalate it to the right people.
