Error Code 300016

Hi there!I haven’t played since long time with Diablo3.I just updated to the new patch and i get an error code 300016 at login and i have no idea why.I made a research on the web and i found that this is a connection issue but my connection is perfect.

Hi - is either of you using an authenticator by any chance ?

A player on the French language forum had this error after being away from the game for a long time – the issue was with the authenticator.

I dont use authenticator.A reinstall solved my problem.
