Error: (Code 3006)

Hi Blizzard, please kindly assist am having an error code stating the following:
Your request has timed out. Please try again. (Code 3006)

My internet connection is working fine and am able to play other games online except D3 am unable to login as well. Please kindly assist the problem thank you
