Code 395002 - Error loading the hero pls help
Have you tried the troubleshooting listed here:
There was an old bug where silenced players could not create a game… the silence could be in any Blizzard game. I don’t know if Blizzard ever fixed that bug.

the code is to retreve hero list this only happend from when the maintenance on wednesday 6 of march 0200 cet eu server look like account stuck on maintenance on eu server all other regions can log in fine
and it doesn’t look like many people are affected… you’re the only one reporting something like that.
I’ve been playing on Europe on and off all day today… no issue.
