Error code BLZBNTAGT0000BB*

after recent so called maintenance started getting issues with battle net, then i would get a grey screen , screen would freeze and the game would stop

i have done the following:
fresh install twice
uninstalled mouse interface software (logitech)
stopped firewall

keep getting BLZBNTAGT00000BB8 error code

i dont have a razr mouse or keyboard

In which case, try the link BouBou provided.

i have done all in the link provided… still no joy

Including the Advanced Troubleshooting section, i.e.

  1. Try creating a new administrator account to resolve permissions issues.
  2. If you’re using a VPN, try removing it.
  3. Run a security scan to remove any viruses or malware infections.
  4. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Blizzard App may resolve rare launcher issues.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall your game.

If so, guess we’ll need to await a blue to come along.

found a vpn was switched on (turned it off now) lasted about 1 hour then crashed
