Firendlist " problem"

WHY do friends on my friendlist show up as a non seasonal character when i have just boosted them in a SEASONAL GAME ?
Also when thye wanna join me, the message " non seasonal players cannot join seasonal players" !!! WHY ?
Then i usually restarts the game, then they can for some strange reason join…
BUT they still show up as non seasonal characters ? why is that ?

if someone has a good answer for that, i would be grateful

i must mentione that it is not all of my friends that is shown as a non seasonal character … some are , and it is usually the same persons…

Hi : it’s a long story but, in short, it’s broken.

Blizzard is aware and have been trying to fix it… there is no date as to when it will be fixed.
