There is over a 100 People on my Friendlist alone which have Connetion problems all the time! Either all Friends are shown as offline or cant Invite each other!

The problems have been ongoing for a week and a half now. On the US Battlenet launcher they even had a splash notice telling players that this was happening. Two maintenances have not fixed this and, indeed, the second maintenance caused further issues. The US Tech Support know this. Why haven’t they made EU Tech Support aware of the issues?

Hi. The friendlist doesnt work in the game like 5 days ago.
You cannot make party because the friendlist shows Seasonal players as Unknown and lvl 0,
and you cant invite eachother.
And i cant see my friends on my Battlenet App.
I hope you can do something cause the game start to be unplayable.

Communication is broken 99,9% in game.

well i cant see who is chatting even though i should do and they are in clan and on friends list, plus cant see what lev they are at which is aslo bad the game is going down hill putting me off for the bugs!

Yeah it is really getting annoying.
I found a rainbow goblin yesterday, that I had not engaged, so I told my gf, to join my game, so she could get it as well.
But no. Of course the game had fucked up, so she could not join, and my invites just got lost in the nether…
I am truly amazed that this is still an issue…
it’s not just here and there. I can play any other game I own across steam, epic, Bethesda, etc without any lag at all. I jump on diablo 3 and half the time it’s like i’m back in the early 1990’s running off of dial-up. you all need to dedicate a few people to fix this instead of just having the biggest troubleshooting page I’ve ever seen. great example. I played yesterday with no issues besides a little 1032 error cuz my internet likes to d/c for a millisecond once in awhile. today I jump on and I have lag spikes that freeze my screen for 20+ seconds it takes over 3 min just to load to the main screen and I can’t even finish a GR without it locking up. At this rate i’m having serious doubts I want to buy D4. I respect you all for putting a lot of work in your games. but bugs and connection/servers should be given as much attention.

Dear Blizzard,
approximately at 9:00 AM CET today my game crashed in HC mode. My character is now dead and 30 hours of the game lost. I played HC just to get last conquest and season reward.
I would like to ask you to resurrect my hero as it does not seem fair to lose so much effort due to an in-game bug or server issue. Otherwise please refund the price of your game and I will switch to another one.

You have but one life, eager hero. If you should die, though your deeds will be remembered, you shall not return again.
Customer Service will not revive a fallen Hardcore hero for any reason. All of your hero’s items will be lost forever upon death.
The game crashing is covered by the “any reason” section.

The question is: Do you think it is fair? Shall anyone find the game enjoyable if it cheats? And is this how Blizzard builds its good name?
All I want is my season reward that I was really close to. And would really appreciate some suggestion how to solve this. I played according to your rules - will you too?

Yes. You got exactly what you agreed to. I’ve had hardcore heroes too. They died, some of them from things that weren’t down to me, i.e. lag, a disconnect, game crash. If you’re going to play hardcore you need to accept that it’s a case of when that will happen, not if. This is why hardcore heroes make sure they always have a rank 25 Gem of Ease in their Stash (so they make it easier to get another hero to 70) and some spare gear for when the replacement hero reaches 70. If you can’t accept this, stick to softcore.
Please open your own forum threads about your connection issues, this issue is not related to your current issues and resurrecting a year old topic that has since been resolved isn’t useful.
Please include an upload link to your system files from pastebin.com and reply with the links to the files using the preformatted text option to encapsulate the links.
Also if you can include an MTR test to the Diablo 3 servers.
