hello. what’s going on … lately more and more often I’m disconnected from the server. I can’t use the game.

Same here since S20 same for a lot of people & instead undoing what caused the issue like responsible operators: they blame ISP or players! On a lot of forum post long time & casual players have announced they are quitting now & you look at their profile & it is gone or they have not logged on for over a month. Blizzard still does nothing so I guess they do not care if they d then why do they not do as I suggested???
It’s disconnected about 12 times in the last four hours . During bounties, and often at the point where you’re supposed to collect the bounty chests.
Update: Take that to 15 times - 3 disconnects in the last 10 minutes. I’m quitting until its fixed
It’s not just on season servers either as I don’t play seasons
Just had my DC of the day. Fix it Blizzard!
There could be a number of reasons that this happens, we would always suggest that you at least run through the Troubleshooting here.
If that doesn’t help then please upload your system files to pastebin.com and reply with the links to the files using the preformatted text option to encapsulate the links.
Also when the issue is happening a connection test can help capture the issue.
