Ive tried to run the game as admin. And in windowed mode, nothing works
i have the same issue.
have been away for a week, before everything worked well.
now i crash every time trying to start game. all other games seems to work.
sometimes i get an error message like you seem to get, sometimes it just crashes and no message.

i tried uninstall game, then install. i tried updating drivers, i tried scan & repair.
nothing seems to do anything
