As soon as the game starts loading, it crashes and gives me this error code 8EB3CC40-A201-4CF6-984F-AA8807269F15. Tried a repair but it didn’t help at all.

This code “8EB3CC40-A201-4CF6-984F-AA8807269F15” is a crash event ID… some sort of ID of your crash report in the Blizzard database… and is only available to Blizzard.

Sorry to hear that you’ve been crashing and thank you for including your crash report. I’ve been able to narrow down the most likely cause with this. You should be able to resolve this by updating your graphics drivers. It’s been quite a while since this has been done. ^^
