Game freezes on Splash Screen

After i click play in the battle.net launcher the D3 Reaper of Souls Logo appears but then nothing. I had it run for 15 minutes and still no change.

What ive already tried:

  • everything on the " Diablo III Doesn’t Launch" Page
  • repair in the launcher (3 times)
  • set D3Prefs.txt DisplayModeWindowMode “1”
  • set D3Prefs.txt DisableChromaEffects “1”
