That hexadecimal code is not an error ID… it’s just a number that Blizzard Support can use to find your crash details in their data system. It may or may not provide additional information on your crash.
If you want Blizzard Support to look at your crash data, you need to put in a ticket… use this link to start the process: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/279/ticket
Provide as much details as possible, including that crash ID. You’ll also have to provide some diagnostic files.
