Help please; can't login to play D3. Error 0F71EC5B-82C4-4260-BAC1-B7BB53B5D13F

Tried Shut Down to Restart PC, have not install/delete any files in recent weeks.

Don’t know if it works but somewhere in the battlenet application/launcher you can choose something like: repair the game, or check the game files.
It’s an option around the “play” button.

Edit: the options cogwheel next to Play, scan and repair.

Hello:

That long code is known as the Crash Event ID; it’s a number that Blizzard can use to look up your crash in their data system. Only Blizzard has access to that info. The code itself doesn’t mean anything… it’s just a number.

You’re going to have to provide a lot more information on what happens if you want help on the forums… but please use the Technical Support category.

There’s some troubleshooting in this Support article that you can try:

If the crash continues… you can either contact Blizzard Support with a ticket, or post in Technical Support and include your DxDiag in your post. Also provide info on when the crash occurs… when you launch Diablo III ? or in the menu when you launch a new game ??

Good luck.
