More information is required but let’s check the simple things first…

Caldesann’s Despair

  1. You add your ancient / primal ancient amulet or ring into the Cube
  2. You add 3 Flawless Royal Topazes into the Cube
  3. You add a legendary gem, of at least rank 40, into the Cube

You’ll end up with something similar to this…

What happens when you press Transmute?
Is your amulet or ring not an ancient?
Is your legendary gem not a high enough rank?

Yes, I know … I put everything on, but the necklace and the rings do not work

Hi : If you are referring to the Squirt’s Necklace, the Halo of Karini and the Convention of Elements worn by enda, your wizard… those aren’t ancient and cannot be used with the Caldesann’s recipe.
