Impossible to get at hold of support

When I try to make a ticket I only end up on a page with no help what so ever.

I logged on Diablo 3 after a break only to find many of my items are gone. I have not been hacked, but when I try to use the armory it is telling me many of my items are missing, it`s like all the items not equipped are gone.

What can I do ?

Customer Support will not be able to help with missing items…

Start a game and check the bottom left corner of your screen for a mail icon… click it if one is there… then transfer all the stuff to your inventory and stash.

Did that break occur just after the end of the last season ? If you started a game after the season had ended, then you had 30 days to empty the internal mail that was sent to you with all the stuff that was in your stash at the end of the season.

There isn’t much that can be done… if you know when the last time was that you actually played, you can try to rollback your entire account. Note: the rollback process cannot be undone… if the missing equipment does not appear, then you will have used one of your 3 lifetime rollbacks for nothing.

You will likely have to log on (top right corner)… then click the Contact Us button at the bottom of the form.

I am not sure how to check when I last logged on.
Do you know anywhere I can check ?

It was prob. more than a year ago. So mail for 30 days will not help me.

Would use a rollback if it gave all my items back, without them I might as well just quit the game entirely.

I doubt you can rollback that far… a few weeks probably, perhaps even a month… a year, I doubt it. I don’t know for sure however, because I never tried.

I suspect Blizzard can (that link I provided above)… we used to be able to do it through the web profile, but that’s is “out-of-service” now.

That’s a decision only you can make… items a year old are probably not very useful because we’ve had several updates since then that have changed many of the legendary items. We had a fairly major patch in October 2018 (Patch 2.6.1) that changed many items.

You could start a new hero of your favourite class as a seasonal hero and, upon completion of the first 4 Chapters, would have earned a complete set for that hero (See Haedrig’s Gift).

If you are a member of a clan, or with the help of friends, you might be able to complete all the levels of the Journey upto Conqueror, thus earning one free stash tab (storage for more items). The current season started on 23 Aug and will likely end around 17-Nov… there is still plenty of time to “build” a new hero before the season ends.

Sorry I can’t help you more… I can only provide information and alternatives… only you can make the decision however.


Note : Blizzard has now announced that Season 18 will end on 10-Nov-2019.

I know this sounds stupid, but you did check your stash, and of course, any other characters that you might have? Did you only have One account, or more than 1? If the latter, then did you log onto the right account?

Can you take a screen shot of the message that you get when you try to use the armoury?
