Issue with joining Public game error 24004

For the last few days ive been unable to join from the menu torment 3 GR option, it just gives me the 24004 error cannot join public game

Every other difficulty (up to t7 i think ive tired)works fine and the other options within T3 work too! just the GR gives me the error

I wouldnt mind so much but thats where all the players seem to be

Tried to google this issue but not much came up, reinstalled, changed regions ect but nothing helps

Any ideas?

Just a heads-up that a “error 24004” post was made 3 days ago on Bug Report forum…

OP did not provide much detail… and there were no response from Blizzard.

I checked the “old” NA Technical Support forums… there isn’t much:

Hopefully, Blizzard can add more info here…

Same issue no fix WTF !! i cant play t16 online …

This topic is 6 months old and the reply I had provided at that time is now outdated. Please check dates.

There is a current topic on this issue on the Americas region…

Please provide the details needed by Blizzard to further investigate.

June 3rd and have not been able to play public T16 games at all, grifts, rifts or bounties. (Code 24004)

I cant log into GR T16 either since yesterday pfffffffff

Same for me… Trying GRT16 and am receiving the Code 24004. Please look intio this.

Not able to join only public Grift but able to join Rifts and Bounties. And only happens to WD char. Other chars are working fine for public grift. Error 24004 every time.
