Just started the game and my characters are gone.
The game only allows me to create a seasonal hero.
I played like two or three days ago and everything was fine.
Found a similar thread on the console discussion category but their issues seem to stem from uninstalling the game.
Nevermind, my region was switched to Americas for some reason. Turned it back to Europe and everything is fine now.
