Lost packets to Diablo 3 EU servers

For several days I get occasionally disconnected from Diablo 3. Today it start to happen very often, so I get to diagnose the problem. It looks there is no problem with US server. Here are WinMTR logs to both EU and US servers:

Any idea where the problem comes from?

Yep.

In all three traces you’re getting packet loss to the very first hop at 192.168.1.1, which is an internal IP address, e.g. your PC or router. A couple of hops later, you’re getting 97-98% packet loss at 212-39-69-111.ip.btc-net.bg

First things to do would be to reboot your PC and reset your router / hub and if that doesn’t improve anything, contact your ISP and show them these traces.

Found a similar thread with regard to that IP address here…

I have disabled the ping on my Router, so I’m not sure why there are successful pings at all. Maybe I just leave some flood protection. As you can see there is huge portion of packets that do not return from my rooter - much more than even to EU servers. The same is for some BTC servers. Most of the ping reqeusts are not returned, but there are many hops on the way without any packet lost.
As you can see there are also no packet lost to US servers. It is the same to any other service provider like google.com as example. The only lost packets are to Diablo EU servers. All traces are done in the same period of time.

Here is another trace ping from another connection from my ISP.

Another 2 my friends that use different ISP has done a console ping and also has 6-7% lost packets. It looks the problem come from servers after blizzard-ic-348624-prs-b8.c.telia most probably ae1-br02-eqpa4.as57976.
