So first I tried the trial version of the game, with an account. When I upgraded to the full version, all of my quest progress was lost, I had to start all over again. Is this normal, or is there way to restore my progress?
From the hero selection screen, click on Game Settings.
Click on Campaign Mode in the Mode panel on the top left.
Click Change in the middle panel.
Choose Act I, Reign of the Black King, The Royal Crypts.
You’ll need to kill the Skeleton King again, but you can complete the rest of the Campaign from that point on.
