Hello i bought game yesterday. i played trial version before that, and when i bought it i lost the hero in trial version. i wasnt soo mad so i created new one and i played him like 8hours, but today when i logged in i got the trial version hero! i lost all progress… Please help me.
You have heroes on Europe (level 13) and on Americas (level 26)
Make sure you select the correct region before you click on Play

You can change the progress on the Game Settings menu. You can change it to the last quest you have done.
why did it changed to US??? thank you very much…
btw can i play that character on eu too or i have to play US now on?

We don’t know, just that occasionally the region gets reset so when this issue of “missing” heroes is reported, that’s the most likely culprit. The other one is when people return to the game after a long time, and that can be because they’ve used a different battle.net account.
You’re not restricted to which region you want to play on. You can create / play heroes on EU, US and Asia servers. Obviously, depending on where you are in the world, you’ll get better latency to local servers but you can play on any of them.
As examples… My EU heroes - My US heroes - My Asia heroes

A small point to add to Meteorblade’s excellent response…
It is not possible to move heroes from one region to another, unfortunately. If you decide to only play on the Europe region, that’s ok. Your hero on Americas will patiently wait for you… for as long as it takes.
