Low FPS - Fullscreen only

So i got a problem with superlow FPS in fullscreen only (Also the windowed fullscren)
In regular windowed mode everything is smoth.
This problem occured after a couple of months brake before season 24 started.

This is both in menus and in game.

Tried to fiddle with all graphic option. Also with the 32/64bit options. And also diabled sounds etc.

Another wierd thing is if i alt tab a window above the fullscreen. I can see in the background that the FPS stabilized.

Things ive done outside of D3.

  • Power managment check
  • Closed application running in background
  • Run as admin
  • With and witout fullscreen optimization.

Anyone knows what to do?

It could be an issue with uncapped FPS when Diablo 3 is running in the foreground. What you need to do is go into the System Menu, then in there set a Foreground FPS cap, my recommendation would be to start with 59 and see how you go from there.
