Made several seasonal chars but none appear to be seasonal. Also can´t get the shards.

I have exactly the same issue. Levelled a Necro to 70 (definitely seasonal). No shards dropped. Levelling a seasonal monk, still no shards. Playing on Xbox series S in EU.
