Multiple Problems with Diablo and other Games

Cannot believe Blizzard support team direct me to forums!!!

I would hope someone can come up with idea how to solve my issues which appear suddenly this week!!

  1. Diablo 3 Season 31, the achievements are missing.
  2. In Battle.net app : When I press Starcraft 2 PLAY bottom nothing works. Game wont start. Also Starcraft2.exe file also wont lunch.
  3. Diablo 2 Resurrected: Whenever I log in it says I did not log-in for more than 30 days, re-login also fails.
  4. Heroes of the Storm stuck at Initializing.
Basically I am unable to play most of these games now.

Troubleshooting that I done:

  • Completely Delete Cash Folder and anything related to Blizzard Entertainment or Battle.net App. Uninstall and reInstall Battle.net app.
  • Update my Drivers
-Completely Uninstall Diablo 3 and Fresh Install.
  • Reset my Network settings (also DNS refresh)
  • Scan and Repair my games
  • Change region : Start games with new region.
  • Disabled my antivirus.
  • Remove and re add all of Battle.net and my games .EXE files from firewall with full access
  • Reset In-Game Options of mentioned games. No success.
  • Enable Run as Admin for ALL of Battle.net and Games .EXE files. (I am also admin of windows)
  • Tried New admin account (fresh) to see if games are work fine, but no success!!!

Please help me as I am very frustrated now, Being playing Blizzard games since I was kid, I am software Engineer so I know more than enough of troubleshooting,

Also it is good to mentioned most of my problems starts when “Unfortunately” My Heroes of the Storm account has been banned.
So All of my games are in This account, but i had to create new account to be able to play heroes of the storm, so I had to change my login, in Battle.net app every time I want to play Heroes of the Storm.

Hi:

The two folders that need to be deleted are “Battle.Net” and “Blizzard Entertainment” under %ProgramData% – C:\ProgramData\ usually.

The usual “Go-To” for that problem is a post originally written 6 or 7 years ago when this issue occurred a lot more frequently than it does now :

You seem to have already done all of that.

Have you tried launching Diablo III with the new account you created for HotS and checking whether the achievements show up. You don’t need a license to play D3… and the game is already installed on your PC… so it should launch if you add it to your Battle.Net App for the new account. You can also launch D3 without going through the Battle.Net App. I can provide some details, if needed.

Blizzard has 2 Support articles related to that issue… here:

but again, I think you’ve done all of that.

For the other games don’t know… ask on those game’s forums:

I saw your BattleTag on the HotS forums… but it looks as if you haven’t been to the others… or, at least, not logged on as Adamfazai.

Yeah – same here. I saw a post from another player with the same complaint. The way Customer Support works now seems to have changed after the 24 Jan 2024 “re-org” / massive layoff. There has been no announcement from Blizzard, so I don’t know how to explain that change.

In their reply to you, did Customer Support elaborate on why they were referring you to the forums ?
