Also, several Mac players have reported issues with inventory loading time; accessing your inventory only in Act II seems to “cure” the issue for some players, a most restrictive and very cumbersome workaround. Also, some players report that changing Texture Quality from High to Low (or vice-versa), and back again to High (or Low) solves the issue for that game session. There is a lot of material to go through in these two topics… hopefully, you will find something that can help you. The slow inventory issue is known to Blizzard and they are apparently working on it; there is no update on this issue since 2021-03-09.

You said that you think the issue is linked to your hardware. I have the Macbook 2020 with M1 chip and I’m facing exactly the same issues

M1Max 64, same issue and super frustrating because the game is running smoothly. Is technical support dead for this game ? People seem to have this problem since 2 years or more…
