My season journey was bugged I completed 2 and 3 but it seems unfinished and the reward hasn’t arrived.

Are all the objectives for Chapter I also finished ?

In order to receive Haedrig’s Gift for Chapter II, all of Chapter I and II must be completed.
In order to receive Haedrig’s Gift for Chapter III, all of Chapter I, II and III must be completed.
And so on…

While in-game, if you bring up your Profile, it will tell you what “Chapter” you last completed… and when.

Right-click on your hero portrait in the upper left corner of the screen and select “View Profile”.

With the Profile showing, click on “Seasons”, ensure Season 33 is selected, and click on “Records”.

The first record on the right pane will be the last “Chapter” you completed.

For example, mine shows:

Chapter 1 looks completed but chapter 2 and 3 11/11 look uncompleted

For Chapter I, you should have 9 / 9 Objectives completed.
For Chapters II and III, you should have 11 / 11 Objectives completed.

There is no reward for Chapter I

Then… that means Chapter 2 is not completed.
