Why is there no altar of rites and visions of enmity off season after the patch 2.7.7 A update as promised before?

But also bear in mind there have been three threads on the US forums (one of which had loads of posts in it) about this not happening, and asking for it to happen, all of which Blizzard have closed without commenting on it so you’re probably wasting your time asking there too.
Blizzard said the Altar was coming to non-season. It went live to non-season on the Asia servers. It was removed from non-season on the Asia servers. Blizzard then said it had been a mistake to say it would be coming to non-season (even though it had actually come to non-season) and that it would now be a seasonal-only thing, in all seasons going forward.
If the Altar of rites is not coming to Non Season Mode like promised, there is no further reason for me to play

I got impression it came to non seasonal, was hyped, patched and launched D3 to find out it did not.
Im one of those who do not got time to play seasonal and tought i got a good arpg to play before POE 2.
To be honest i wish they would add all the seasonal stuff for D3 non seasonal so i could get exciting stuff to play with again.
If that happends i might jump back to D3 again but if not im done with D3. D4 just was not good enough as i skipped it and seems poe 2 is only thing to wait for atm.
