I cant log in and im in the US serversā€¦ It keeps telling me error code 10001 and takes me back to log in and it keeps the loop going.

Same as everyone. Was working on a RG, game crashed, now canā€™t play anymore.

No chat was found. (Code 10001)

No response from Blizzard on that topic in days it seems.

I wonder if the people who got it before us got back in game at any point since?

I have this same error. I go to authenticate the account the proper code was put in and it game me this error message. I am on the North American servers, and trying to play in North America.

UPDATE:

The error message is gone, but now I canā€™t create a private game nor join a public game - ā€˜ā€™ Only available to party leader. ā€˜ā€™ and I am not in a group.

Thatā€™sā€¦ different.

Iā€™m using macOS Catalina and itā€™s work fine for me. Iā€™m not getting any error.

2nd update:

I had a friend try to invite me, it failed on his end :
ā€˜ā€™ There was a problem sending the party invite. (Code 4)

And on my end :
" There was a problem joining the party. Please try againā€¦ (Code 300008) "

and back to No chat was found. (Code 10001)

And booted out again. :frowning:

This is not fixed for me. I was working yesterday evening, but began getting ā€œNo chat was found. (Code 10001)ā€ at 8AM EST today, 5/12/2020. I have a ticket opened which includes all required data and screen shots.

Having the same issue as everybody else. I am able to log in on a Europe server, but when I try America I get the code 10001.
