Hey Everyone. I was having the same 10001 issue. I did an uninstall/ reinstall of the game. That seemed to fix it. If it still persist I would recoomend uninstalling and reinstalling battle.net.
Perhaps just a coincidence… reports have been coming in on the US Tech Support forum that it’s fixed for some…
I am able to login just fine now. I also earlier was able to login to other games through the blizzard launcher, just not diablo 3 earlier.

I was getting the same 10001 error code last night, however I seemingly fixed it after I followed linked steps. Hope it works for others

Same issue. Many guys keep sending “invites you to a party” even they are already offline. When I click to dismiss them then the error “No chat found 10001” appear and quit the game. This is too annoyed. Change to new PC, login at other location, reinstall Battlenet, D3 but no luck
