Hi,
I have filled up the Altar over a week ago. Since then I received 1 primal from Kadala and one from Tyreal’s Cache.
In both cases I did not get a second primal.
Am I missing something?
Have you unlocked all seals, all potions and the wings? What does your Altar show when you open it?
And “double primals” do not apply to Horadric Cache.

OK, thanks. That explains the last Primal.
It is possible I activated the last seal after Kadala’s drop.
I tought it was activated automaticaly after the last seal.
