Last night we got some hotfix/patch but i couldn`t find any information about it. What was it about? Can we get some info about the patch?

Alright, thanks. I was hoping for that freezing fix (windows 10 latest update and realtek sound card related), but i guess it`s not resolved.
Crikey, that one’s been outstanding for many months now, and Blizzard’s last response in the main thread about it was way back in July 2020 so don’t hold your breath.
The patch also “fixed” it so that a lot of people (if not most) are unable to create new characters since anything you type as character name is considered restricted
