Old “issue”… has been reported many times in Bug Report.
I don’t know whether it’s a bug or if it’s intended…
You have been provided some information on the US Tech Support forum here…
I think that this type of issue should be reported in Bug Report… this isn’t something that Customer Support can do something about. Instead of creating yet another thread, simply move your topic on US Tech Support to Bug Report – to do that, click the pencil tool under the first post and, at the right of the title, there will be a box with a list of forums. Change “Technical Support” to “Bug Report” and click on Save Edit.
