Problems creating / starting a game / Error 395000

I tried to report this to the Technical Support only to have them close the ticket saying there is no problem with the servers.
I’m connecting the EU servers and me, like everyone else, is getting these errors that Blizz Support say do not exist.

First I get the error saying “You are unable to join the game at this time.”
Clicking the Ok then then try to create a new game again and get the queue message (for a solo game!).
After about 30 seconds “There was a problem loading the game license. Please try again. (Code 39500)”.

The game will remains in this condition and the application must be exited and restarted several times before it finally can start a game.

The application is updated according to Battle.Net and all other applications start and can create the game session without and noticeable problems.

This is strictly Diablo 3 related and has been like this for several weeks.
