PS5 not installing PS4 disc?

I’ve tried to install diablo 3 onto the PS5 and it won’t do it. I get up to the playable stage, installed the latest version but on the actual full installation, it won’t install. It says Can’t install - error - CE - 100005-6.

I’ve looked online to see what it could be or is and there is no fix for this. I was wondering if anyone here might be able to help?
