Did you complete all of the tasks in all of the previous chapters of the Season Journey? You could have completed all six of the Guardian tasks but you won’t be granted Guardian until all previous chapters are also fully completed.
If you’ve completed Guardian, can you post screenshots of your pets tab of the collection window?
