S33 EU after the return to the sudden, empty bank, basically reset character

First off thank you for bringing the season back up was a very abrupt end.

However I have run into an issue where my stash has reset, Wants me to purchase more tabs and the biggest thing of this its also empty items I did have now may take hundreds of hours to roll how they did.
My cube has reset and the Artisan’s too.

Also crafting mats,
All legendary gems that were in my stash
Paragons are there but with (-x)
Altar of rites reset.

At this point I feel like its not worth playing and just waiting till the next season as its probably round the corner in like 2 weeks.

Artisans did reset.
Items in the stash lost.
Crafting materials lost.
Altar did reset.
GR progress went to trash.
Cube and item essences are gone.
Paragon level vanished (you still have the points that you’ve spent tho).

Fun.

Same for me. Is this supposed to happen at the end of season? Or is it a bug?

This isn’t how a season normally ends so something must have gone wrong. The stash etc didn’t reset it was added to the non season game as normal.
Most of the items should be easy to do eg. Kanai’s cube, but redoing the altar and the staff of herding might take some time. It all depends on how long the season will run now as to whether it is worth playing. On the plus side Headrig’s gift has also been reset if you want to play a different class.

Some clarification from Blizzard would be nice though!

Thanks to people in general chat in game i found a workaround solution.
Just go to the support system on battle.net website, search for “request rollback diablo” and rollback your account to 05.01.25. You may end up loosing what you have found/farmed on 06 january but its way less painful then our current situation

Do account rollback. Just select a rollback point prior to Jan 5th 5pm CEST

I did a roll back one day before the season ended. Ended up losing 2 decent primals, but everything else is just fine.
