Recently i made a format to my PC and installed Windows 10 and Diablo 3 is installed in a different drive from the drive i have windows installed.The problem is that the file where my screenshots supposed to be saved is empty.Anyone has this issue,any advice??I have the default key for screenshots as i had with Windows 7.Does this have anything to do with the fact that Diablo 3 is installed in a different drive than my Windows 10?

Hey Dante,
It’s possible you’re checking in the wrong location since on Windows 10 it’s done within the user documents that you’re logged in on, which is different to Windows 7. There should be a Diablo 3 folder within documents and screenshots within that, as shown on our page here.
Yeah i know that,i go to the section where it says local drive C\user\documents\Diablo III\screenshots but the folder is empty.With the folder for the screenshots there is also one other file that says D3Prefs…
