Season 20 set reward doesn't show in collection

I finished every mission of chapters 1 to 4, and it says the rewards where added to the collection, but when i go to collection they aren’t there.

The Chapter 1-4 rewards for season 20 are the Anguish’s Grasp wings and Hell portraits, shown here:

The other (portrait + pet) rewards are earned when you complete the Guardian level:

thanks, but i’m talking about the haedrig’s gift, the armor set

Hi : You should have an envelope icon in the bottom left corner of the screen when you are in a game; click it.

Hi there, I too am having a related problem… I have completed all of chapter 1, but see no envelope in the bottom left corner

There is no reward for completing all the objectives of Chapter 1.
