Ive done the required Challenge Rift REPEATEDLY (AND HAVE 3 LEVEL 70 TOONS IN SEASON) and still NOT ABLE TO ADVANCE DUE TO THE CACHE BEING SENT TO NON SEASONAL TOONS??? HOW IS THIS STILL AN ISSUE BLIZZZ???
The cache is not “being sent to non seasonal toons” when there’s a season in progress. It is in “general mail” - in that you can claim it with either seasonal or non seasonal toon (as opposed to gear mailed to you upon doing toon rebirth, for example). Also, the CR cache is accessible by SC and HC toons.
PC. Ran with a friend last night after a couple attempts. Still not showing up. No mail icon or anything.

Literally thousands of players had absolutely zero issues with obtaining challenge rift caches on their seasonal heroes. You’re stating that you’re having problems. It’s not up to other players to disprove your claim, it’s up to you to substantiate your claim, e.g. got a video of this happening?
